She is getting big so fast! She is doing a really good job of holding her head up. She's also started rolling from her back to her side. She can't quite make it all the way over yet though. She's also really starting to show interest in holding her toys. She even held some sticks at Elizabeth's Music with Mar class!
Elizabeth has three favorite new sayings lately. You ask her a question and she shrugs and says, "I don't know." Ask her to do something and the answer is "I can't!" with this very innocent, sad eyes look, when you know for a fact that she can do it. The other is "I'm scared!" She's scared of the dark, she's scared of her favorite buffalo toy, she's scared of the cable repair man -who was in fact not a scary looking guy like some of them are ;) It's pretty funny. So we bought her a nightlight, let Buffy sleep in the closet, and talk with the cable guy and find out he's not to scary after all. Also at night when we say her prayers, we've been talking about how she doesn't need to be scared since Jesus is there with her. When she comes out of bed for the 10th time saying she's scared, I say "You don't need to be scared, Jesus is there with you." She then nods and says, "Yes! Jesus there!" Of course it sounds so cute when she says it with her little toddler voice and way of talking. I'll try to get it recorded cause it is really cute! So for now here's a picture of her.
